I hired Anders Overmark in as Business Consultant to be a key driver in the launched Global IT transformation program “Nilfisk Application Landscape Standardization Approach”. A strategic initiative with 3 key elements: application portfolio reduction, service offering improvement and total cost breakdown. Anders is a persistent, dynamic, results-oriented self-starter and sets high standards for the quality of work for himself and others to achieve set target and timeline. These skills combined with a relevant background and expertise, were key for the success of the Global IT transformation program. He quickly picked up on the company context, culture, way of working and rapidly built comprehensive relationships with the relevant stakeholders and enthusiastically motivated them. I had the pleasure of working with Anders in our IT transformation program, where we consolidated our landscape of 30+ Application Maintenance vendors into just one. I managed the overall project as IT Project Manager while Anders supported on contract and vendor management related activities, which he did very well.
